A taste of Haiti, in the heart of Orlando

Antilles Cuisine is dedicated to preserving authentic Haitian culinary traditions while offering a modern dining experience.

Every dish we serve tells a story — of family kitchens in Port-au-Prince, of Sunday soup joumou celebrating freedom, of griot sizzling over open flame at street-side fritay stands.

We opened Antilles Cuisine to share those stories with Orlando. Family-owned and rooted in tradition, our chefs use fresh ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations — no shortcuts, no compromises.
